Normal City Manga
Normal City sets its background in a far future where there are man kind on other planets and existence of ESPs is accepted. However, ESPs are treated as a “tool” for armies and government agency. The main character is “Mars Haven”. Mars Haven is also code named “Kitty 101″ by a scientist, Troll. Kitty 101, Mars Haven, was biologically created by combining several strings of DNA with a man-made DNA. She was also given XY chromosome which turns her into a male on regular basis. For Troll, the scientist, Mars Haven or , for him, Kitty 101 was only a tool for his experiment. However, one of his scientist. Jason Haven, stole Kitty 101 and ran away. At the same time, Jason Haven named Kitty 101 to Mars Haven and placed her under his family tree, a daughter. For Jason, it wasn’t cruel enough for a baby (at the moment) who looked exactly like his lost daughter to be experimented in front of him.
Time passed. the scientist Troll, Samuel Jones is his real name, proceeded his experiment without kitty 101. As a result, he had created many powerful ESPs under his disposal. The ESPs were still tools for Troll.
